That it is the sense of this meeting of the Congress of WILPF members, assembled in Detroit at the WILPF membership meeting, that the National Board of WILPF US is asked to reinstate the Jane Addams Peace Association (JAPA) as its fiscal sponsor and that this is conditioned on JAPA agreeing to its reinstatement.
