- Saturday, October 22, 2016 (4 pm eastern, 1 pm pacific): "Meet the Candidates" Conference Call
- Saturday, November 19, 2016: Ballot postmark deadline
- Monday, December 5, 2016: Election results publicized
- March 2017: First board meeting, new term
